Johnson Controls Completes Sale of Residential and Light Commercial HVAC Business to Bosch Group

09:03 AM EDT, 08/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Johnson Controls International ( JCI ) said Friday it has completed the sale of its Residential and Light Commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning business to the Bosch Group.

The companies had previously disclosed that the total transaction is valued at $8.1 billion, of which Johnson Controls' ( JCI ) consideration is about $6.7 billion.
