Johnson Controls Prices $700 Million Debt Offering

05:29 PM EDT, 04/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Johnson Controls ( JCI ) said late Tuesday it priced a $700 million offering of senior notes due 2029.

The company expects the offering to close Friday and will use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes.
