Johnson Controls Reports $9 Billion Rise to Share Buyback Plan

04:30 PM EDT, 06/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Johnson Controls International ( JCI ) said late Friday its board has approved a $9 billion share buyback authorization.

The program is adding to the $1.1 billion remaining at the end of fiscal Q2 under its previous repurchase plan.
