10:13 AM EDT, 05/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Jones Lang LaSalle ( JLL ) said Wednesday it agreed to acquire data center technical and project management services provider SKAE Power Solutions.

The commercial real estate and investment management company said it expects the acquisition to support its clients in areas such as data center site selection, design, testing, and commissioning.

SKAE is expected to join JLL's Work Dynamics division.

Jones Lang LaSalle ( JLL ) said the deal is anticipated to close "shortly" and did not disclose financial terms.
