Jones Lang LaSalle to Buy Renewable Energy Investment Firm Javelin Capital

09:33 AM EDT, 03/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Jones Lang LaSalle ( JLL ) said Monday that it has agreed to acquire Javelin Capital, a renewable energy investment banking firm.

The deal is expected to be completed shortly, subject to regulatory clearance and other closing conditions, the company said.

Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
