JOYY Repurchases $405.4 Million of Convertible Senior Notes

08:03 AM EDT, 06/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- JOYY ( YY ) said Friday it repurchased $405.4 million of its 1.375% convertible senior notes due 2026 following the expiration of its repurchase right offer on Thursday.

Payments, including accrued interest, will be made by Monday, the company said.
