01:08 PM EST, 01/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- JPMorgan Chase ( JPM ) asked most of its employees on a hybrid work schedule to return to the office five days a week, starting in March, according to an internal memo seen by MT Newswires on Friday.

After assessing the benefits and challenges of a hybrid work schedule that was enforced during and after the pandemic, the bank told its employees that "now is the right time to solidify our full-time in-office approach."

"Many of our global locations, but not all, have existing capacity to allow for most or all employees to return to the office full-time in early March," the bank said in the memo, adding that capacity constraints will be addressed.

Shares of JPMorgan ( JPM ) fell 1.2% in recent trading.
