Jan 10, 2025 7:45 AM

(Reuters) - Wall Street giant JPMorgan Chase ( JPM ) asked its employees who are on hybrid work schedules to return to the office five days a week starting in March, according to an internal memo seen by Reuters on Friday.

More than half of employees already come into the office full time, according to the memo from the bank's operating committee. JPMorgan ( JPM ) has more than 316,000 staff worldwide.

"Now is the right time to solidify our full-time in-office approach," the executives wrote. "We think it is the best way to run the company."

A JPMorgan ( JPM ) spokesperson declined to comment.
