05:41 AM EDT, 03/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- JPMorgan Chase ( JPM ) will become the anchor tenant of Artist Square Towers in the West Kowloon Cultural District of Hong Kong, property manager Sun Hung Kai Properties said Friday.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The financial institution has committed to leasing six connected floors of the properties east and west Towers, totalling around 250,000 square feet, under a ten-year lease, the company said.
