Other private-sector participants include HSBC ( HSBC ) , UBS (UBS), TD Bank (TD), Deutsche Bank ( DB ) , Santander Bank (SAN), Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria ( BBVA ) and Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group ( MUFG ) .
