04:44 AM EDT, 07/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- J-Star (YMAT), a provider of carbon fiber and composite offerings, said late Tuesday it priced its initial public offering of 1.25 million shares at $4 each, for about $5 million in expected gross proceeds.
Book-running manager Maxim Group has a 45-day overallotment option to purchase up to 187,500 additional shares.
J-Star expects its shares to start trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol YMAT Wednesday, while the IPO is likely to close Thursday.
