01:14 PM EDT, 03/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Junee ( JUNE ) shares were higher Wednesday after the company said it reached a deal to acquire a 51% stake in MindEnergy AI Technology for up to $9.8 million.

The consideration will be paid in newly-issued Junee ( JUNE ) shares at $4.00 per share. The company will initially issue 62,500 ordinary shares for an initial consideration of $250,000.

The completion of the transaction is subject to other closing conditions in the share purchase agreement, the company said.

With the acquisition, Junee ( JUNE ) said it aims to boost an "expansion into the AI training and inference servers market."
