05:05 PM EDT, 05/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Juniper Networks ( JNPR ) reported preliminary Q1 non-GAAP net income late Thursday of $0.43 per diluted share, up from $0.29 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.39.

Net revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $1.28 billion, up from $1.15 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.27 billion.

The company said it will not be providing financial guidance for 2025 due to the proposed transaction with Hewlett Packard Enterprise ( HPE ) .
