Just Dial Q2 Results | Net profit rises 38% to ₹72 crore, revenue grows 27% to ₹261 crore

Local search platform Just Dial Ltd on Friday (October 20) reported a 37.6% year-on-year (YoY) rise in net profit at ₹71.7 crore for the second quarter that ended September 30, 2023.

In the corresponding quarter last year, Just Dial posted a net profit of ₹52.1 crore, the company said in a regulatory filing.

In the quarter, total revenue stood at ₹260.6 crore during the period under review, up 27% against ₹205.2 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding fiscal.

At the operating level, EBITDA stood at ₹48.8 crore in the second quarter of this fiscal compared to ₹17 crore in the corresponding period in the previous fiscal.

EBITDA margin stood at 18.7% in the reporting quarter as compared to 8.3% in the corresponding period in the previous fiscal. EBITDA is earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation.

The results came after the close of the market hours. Shares of Just Dial Ltd ended at ₹754.40, down by ₹5.35, or 0.70 percent on the BSE.
