11:42 AM EDT, 06/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Jyong Biotech (MENS) shares more than doubled to $16.05 in their debut Tuesday on Nasdaq after the company priced its initial public offering of 2.67 million ordinary shares at $7.50 each.
The stock opened at $15 and earlier rose as high as $19.99.
The underwriters have a 45-day option to buy up to an additional 400,000 shares to cover any overallotments, the company said Tuesday.
The company plans to use the net proceeds of $20 million for clinical trials, the new drug application of its lead botanical drug candidate, and general corporate purposes
