05:04 PM EDT, 05/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Kadant ( KAI ) said late Thursday its board authorized the repurchase of $50 million of equity securities through May 15, 2026.

The company said it has not repurchased any common shares under the $50 million program expiring on Friday.

Separately, the company maintained its quarterly dividend at $0.34 per share, payable August 7 to holders of record July 10.
