Kaiser Aluminum Extends $575 Million Credit Facility

05:16 PM EDT, 10/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Kaiser Aluminum ( KALU ) said late Thursday it has extended its $575 million senior secured revolving credit facility for up to an additional five years.

The facility, now maturing in October 2030, has also been modified to include improved terms offering greater operational flexibility, the company said.
