Kaman Acquired by Arcline Investment

03:02 PM EDT, 04/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Kaman ( KAMN ) said Friday Arcline Investment Management has completed its acquisition in an all-cash deal valued at around $1.8 billion.

Kaman ( KAMN ) shareholders will get $46 per share in cash. Kaman's ( KAMN ) common stock has ceased trading on the New York Stock Exchange and will be delisted.
