04:39 AM EDT, 03/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Kandi Technologies ( KNDI ) said Tuesday it has collaborated with HawkRobo Systems to jointly establish KH Robotics, a joint venture to commercialize and deploy autonomous quadruped security robots in North America.

Financial details weren't disclosed.

Under the terms, Kandi ( KNDI ) will own a 70% stake in the JV through one of its Chinese units, it said, adding that it will integrate its production capabilities with robotics and artificial intelligence technology synergies between the company and HawkRobo.

Kandi ( KNDI ) said it will manage the production and deployment of the JV's services, while HawkRobo will provide its AI algorithms and robotics hardware technologies.

The JV will oversee full-stack development, localized testing, and commercialization, with commercial readiness and initial client deliveries expected within this year.
