Kanzhun Announces Dividend of $0.168 per ADS

07:49 AM EDT, 08/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Kanzhun ( BZ ) said Wednesday its board has approved an annual cash dividend of $0.168 per ADS, to holders of ADSs of record as of October 8.

The aggregate amount of the dividend to be paid will be approximately $80 million, which will be funded by surplus cash on its balance sheet.
