Kanzhun Extends Upsized Stock Buyback Plan

07:47 AM EDT, 08/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Kanzhun ( BZ ) said Wednesday the board has extended its stock buyback plan through Aug. 28, 2026, and increased the repurchase authorization to up to $250 million.

The repurchase program was initially set up Aug. 29, 2024, with buyback authorization of up to $150 million, the company said.
