04:25 PM EDT, 06/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Karat Packaging ( KRT ) said Tuesday that certain members of its management team kicked off a proposed offering of 1.5 million shares.

The company said the selling stockholders will grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to 225,000 additional shares.

Karat is not providing any shares in the offering and will not receive any proceeds from the sale.
