Karman Amends Credit Agreement to Raise Revolving Commitments by $100 Million

07:23 AM EDT, 03/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Karman Holdings ( KRMN ) said Friday it amended its credit agreement to increase the revolving credit commitments by $100 million to a total of $150 million.

The amendment also removed the cap on incremental revolving credit commitments, which was previously $50 million, the company said in a regulatory filing.
