Karman Space & Defense Launches Proposed 20 Million Shares Public Offering

05:45 PM EDT, 07/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Karman Space & Defense (KRMN) on Monday launched a proposed public offering of 20 million shares of its common stock, sold by existing shareholders.

The selling shareholders are expected to grant underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to 3 million more shares.

The company said it will not receive any proceeds from the offering, and it will go to all the selling shareholders.
