05:36 PM EDT, 07/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Karman Space & Defense (KRMN) said Monday it expects Q2 adjusted EBITDA in the range of $34.9 million to $35.2 million, up from $27.4 million a year earlier.

Four analysts polled by FactSet expected $32.9 million.

Additionally, it expects preliminary revenue for the quarter ended June 30 in the range of $114.5 million to $115 million, up from $85 million a year earlier.

Analysts expected $105.6 million.

The company will report Q2 earnings on Aug. 7.
