Karooooo Files Prospectus For Sale of 6 Million Shares by Stockholder

05:51 PM EDT, 07/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Karooooo ( KARO ) filed a prospectus Thursday for an offering of 6 million shares from time to time by a selling shareholder.

The company said it won't receive any proceeds from the sale.
