ALMATY, April 7 (Reuters) - Kazakhstan's largest oil

field, Tengiz, has returned to full production following power

supply disruptions earlier this year, Tengizchevroil's general

director William Lacobie told lawmakers on Tuesday.

Lacobie said output was fully restored "despite recent

difficulties with the power supply system at the TCO production

site."

Tengiz is the largest single field in Kazakhstan, a country

that produces 2% of the world's daily supply of crude oil which

is mainly exported via the Caspian Pipeline Consortium to

Russia's port of Novorossiysk.

The field went offline in January after power outages were

reported at the site, near the Caspian Sea in the far west of

Kazakhstan.
