10:26 AM EDT, 03/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- KB Home ( KBH ) on Friday announced the opening of four new communities in California, North Carolina, Florida and Washington.

The company said it has opened Lumen in Milpitas, California, and Mason Heights in Federal Way, Washington.

KB Home ( KBH ) will also open new communities Matthews Ridge in Lillington, North Carolina, and Hawkes Meadow in Jacksonville, Florida, on Saturday.

Financial details of the properties weren't disclosed.
