KB Home Fiscal Q1 Earnings, Revenue Increase

04:26 PM EDT, 03/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- KB Home ( KBH ) reported fiscal Q1 earnings late Wednesday of $1.76 per diluted share, up from $1.45 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $1.57.

Revenue for the quarter that ended Feb. 29 was $1.47 billion, up from $1.38 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $1.46 billion.

The company expects fiscal 2024 housing revenue in the range of $6.50 billion to $6.90 billion.
