KB Home Opens New Home Community in Colorado

08:39 AM EDT, 08/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- KB Home ( KBH ) said Friday it has opened a new home community, Farmlore Villas, in Brighton, Colorado, with two-story floor plans.

Prices for the homes start from the mid $400,000s, the homebuilding company said.
