07:21 AM EST, 01/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- KBR (KBR) said Monday that it has been awarded a technical support services contract with a $350 million ceiling by the US Geological Survey.
Under the contract, KBR said it will deliver artificial intelligence, cloud-native systems and engineering services for the Earth Resources Observation and Science (EROS) Center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and other US sites over five years.
KBR said the contract positions it to support the US government agency as it prepares for Landsat Next, a three-satellite constellation scheduled for a 2030 launch.
Shares of the company were up 3% in Monday's premarket activity.
