06:39 AM EST, 11/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- KBR (KBR) and Axiom Space have completed the initial uncrewed thermal vacuum test of the Axiom Extravehicular Mobility Unit Pressure Garment, KBR said Thursday.

Pressure Garment is designed to support astronauts during the Artemis 3 mission, the company said, adding that teams from both companies carried out the test at KBR's aerospace environment protection lab in San Antonio, Texas.

Axiom Space now proceeds toward the suit qualification phase with the US National Aeronautics and Space Administration, KBR said.
