KBR Q2 Adjusted Earnings Rise, Revenue Falls; 2025 Adjusted EPS, Revenue Guidance Updated

06:57 AM EDT, 07/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- KBR (KBR) reported Q2 adjusted earnings Thursday of $0.91 per diluted share, up from $0.83 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.88.

Revenue for the quarter ended July 4 was $1.95 billion, up from $1.85 billion a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $2.08 billion.

The company now expects full-year 2025 adjusted EPS of $3.78 to $3.88, compared with its prior outlook of $3.71 to $3.95.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $3.81.

It now projects full-year 2025 revenue of $7.9 billion to $8.1 billion, down from its prior forecast of $8.7 billion to $9.1 billion.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $8.63 billion.

Shares of KBR were down less than 0.5% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
