KBR Receives US State Department Task Order for Medical Support Services in Iraq

08:33 AM EST, 01/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- KBR (KBR) said Monday that the US Department of State has awarded it a time and material cost-reimbursable task order worth up to $187 million for medical support services in Iraq.

Under the five-year contract, running through 2029, the company will operate a hospital and four clinics for more than 4,000 personnel supporting the US Mission in Iraq, KBR said.

The company said it will deliver primary, urgent, and emergency care, with staff certified to provide specialized services such as surgery, radiology, and mental health care.
