08:08 AM EDT, 06/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- KBR (KBR) said Friday its HomeSafe Alliance joint venture informed the company on Wednesday that US Transportation Command, or TRANSCOM, has ended its Global Household Goods Contract with HomeSafe.

The contact was designed to enhance the moving system for military service members and their families, the company added.

The decision will not impact KBR's 2025 adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization guidance as the program was not assumed to contribute to profit in the initial year, KBR said.

KBR's stock was down 2.7% in recent Friday premarket activity.
