08:08 AM EDT, 09/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- KBR (KBR) said Monday it will provide technology licensing and engineering design of its Rose supercritical Solvent De-Asphalting technology to China-based Zhejiang Petroleum & Chemical, a unit of Rongsheng Petrochemical.

Financial terms weren't disclosed.

The technology will allow Zhejiang Petroleum to upgrade its residue conversion for higher profitability and operational sustainability, according to KBR.
