K-Bro Linen Q3 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Jump

05:01 PM EST, 11/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- K-Bro Linen ( KBRLF ) after trade on Wednesday said its third-quarter adjusted earnings and revenue both jumped higher.

Adjusted earnings, excluding most one-time items, surged 46% to $12 million, or $0.93 per share, from $8.3 million, or $0.78, in the prior-year period, beating the consensus analyst estimate of $0.84 per share, according to FactSet.

Revenue jumped 49% to $156 million, beating the $152.7 million FactSet forecast. K-Bro's hospitality division revenue was up 34% while hospital revenue rose 67%.

"On June 11, 2025, we completed the acquisition of Stellar Mayan establishing a national footprint in the UK commercial laundry and textile rental sector and enhancing K-Bro's revenue diversification by geographic and business mix," said chief executive Linda McCurdy. "We are excited to become a strategic supplier to the healthcare sector in the UK like we are in Canada."

The company is progressing well with integration efforts, McCurdy added.

The company will pay its regular monthly dividend of $0.10 per share on Dec. 15.

K-Bro shares closed up $0.19 to $36.74 on the Toronto Stock Exchange,
