Kennametal Closes Sale of Indiana Subsidiary for $19 Million

04:19 PM EDT, 06/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Kennametal ( KMT ) closed the sale of Kennametal Stellite, its subsidiary in Goshen, Indiana, for $19 million to a Chicago-based private equity firm.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, the company said Friday in a statement.
