Kennedy Wilson Closes $1.4 Billion of Senior Construction Loans in Q4

06:48 AM EST, 02/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Kennedy Wilson (KW) said Monday it closed over $1.4 billion in senior construction loans during Q4 last year.

The company said its debt investment platform totaled $3.5 billion of new loans originated throughout 2024 for real estate projects.
