( KLDCF ) announces that Sumitomo Metal Mining Canada, Sumitomo has advised Kenorland of its intent to exercise its 'top-up right' as it relates to certain non-cash transactions completed by the company and to retain its 10.1% stake in Kenorland.

A total of 24,075 common shares will be issued at $0.70 per share for consideration of $16,852.50 in accordance with the investor rights agreement.
