07:05 AM EST, 11/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Kenvue ( KVUE ) said Monday that it has named Kirk Perry as chief executive officer on a permanent basis, effective immediately.

Perry had served as interim CEO since July 14 and will continue to serve as a non-independent member of the board, the company said.

The company also said it has appointed Carlos De Jesus as group president for North America, effective immediately, and Jonathan Halvorson to the newly created role of chief digital and marketing officer, starting Nov. 17.
