Keurig Dr Pepper taps Mattel veteran Anthony DiSilvestro as CFO
Nov 25, 2025 6:40 AM

Nov 25 (Reuters) - Beverage maker Keurig Dr Pepper ( KDP )

on Tuesday appointed Anthony DiSilvestro as the

company's chief financial officer, effective immediately,

replacing outgoing CFO Sudhanshu Priyadarshi.

DiSilvestro left as finance chief of toymaker Mattel ( MAT )

in May 2025, after joining the company in 2020. He previously

served as CFO at Campbell Soup Co from 2014 to 2019.

George Lagoudakis will take on the role of deputy CFO, the

soft drinks maker said.

The company last month lifted its forecast for annual sales.

Keurig Dr Pepper ( KDP ) had announced the acquisition of JDE Peet's

for about $18 billion in August, along with plans to

split the merged entity's coffee operations and other beverage

businesses, including Dr Pepper sodas, into two publicly traded

companies.
