04:15 PM EDT, 05/31/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Keurig Dr Pepper ( KDP ) said Friday it agreed to acquire all production, sales and distribution assets of Kalil Bottling.

The agreement covers new bottling and distribution rights in Arizona, according to the company.

Keurig Dr Pepper ( KDP ) said it will operate a production facility in Tucson and sales and distribution centers in Tucson and Tempe following the acquisition. It expects to close the deal in Q3.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
