Kewaunee Scientific Acquires Lab Equipment Manufacturer Nu Aire for $55 Million

01:04 PM EDT, 11/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Kewaunee Scientific ( KEQU ) said Friday it has acquired lab equipment manufacturer Nu Aire for $55 million.

The company said the acquisition complements its existing offerings.

Shares of Kewaunee jumped nearly 16% in recent trading.

Price: 36.77, Change: +5.05, Percent Change: +15.92
