05:46 PM EDT, 03/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- KeyCorp ( KEY ) unveiled late Monday a partnership with Blackstone Credit & Insurance focused on Key's specialty finance lending group.

Blackstone and Key closed a transaction on a seed portfolio of middle-market fund finance facilities as part of the deal.

Key said it will continue to originate, hold, and provide asset management services for new commitments across all sectors.
