Keysight Develops Wire Bond Inspection Technology for Semiconductor Manufacturing

11:28 AM EDT, 08/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Keysight Technologies ( KEYS ) said Wednesday it has developed a new wire bond inspection technology for semiconductor manufacturing.

The Electrical Structural Tester technology can identify defects like wire sag, near shorts, and stray wires for "comprehensive" assessment of wire bond integrity, the company said.
