Keysight Must Divest Certain Assets to Proceed With Spirent Acquisition, US Justice Department Says

02:02 PM EDT, 06/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Keysight Technologies ( KEYS ) must divest Spirent Communications' high-speed ethernet testing, network security testing and RF channel emulation units in order to resolve antitrust concerns and proceed with its $1.5 billion acquisition of the company, the US Department of Justice said Monday.

Keysight ( KEYS ) did not immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
