02:18 PM EDT, 10/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Keysight Technologies ( KEYS ) said Wednesday it finalized the purchase of Spirent Communications for about 1.16 billion British pounds sterling ($1.46 billion).

Spirent shareholders are to receive 2.025 British pounds sterling per share, which includes 1.99 British pounds sterling in cash and 0.035 British pounds sterling that was paid earlier via special dividends, Keysight ( KEYS ) said.

The company said that Spirent will be delisted from the London Stock Exchange on Friday, with its results folded into Keysight's ( KEYS ) Communications Solutions division.

To meet conditions from the US Department of Justice and China's State Administration for Market Regulation, the companies will complete the divestment of certain Spirent business lines by Thursday, Keysight ( KEYS ) said.
