12:42 PM EDT, 06/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Keysight Technologies ( KEYS ) Thursday said that Allion Labs will use its testing and measurement services for certification of products that are compatible with Intel's (INTC) Thunderbolt 5 technology.

Thunderbolt 5 devices can support data-transfer speeds of up to 120 gigabits per second, or nearly three times the bandwidth capabilities of Thunderbolt 4, and improved power delivery and display qualities.

Among the tools Allion will use in the certification process are Keysight's ( KEYS ) oscilloscopes and network analyzers. Financial terms of the collaboration were not disclosed.
