04:05 AM EST, 03/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Keysight Technologies Inc ( KEYS ) said Monday that it has entered into an agreement to sell Spirent's high-speed ethernet and network security business lines to VIAVI Solutions ( VIAV ) .

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

The sale is subject to the completion of Keysight's ( KEYS ) acquisition of Spirent. The company said it expects the sale to be completed shortly after its acquisition becomes effective.

Keysight ( KEYS ) said it is working towards the scheme becoming effective during the first half of its current fiscal year.
